Reservations are considered firm only when accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay. Deposits are non-refundable. The full amount is due 1 month before arrival.

Middle and low season
Reservations are considered firm only when accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay. Deposits are non-refundable. The full amount is due 14 days before arrival.

Modification and cancellation conditions

All modifications or cancellations, whether partial or total, must be made in writing.
In the event of cancellation on the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of no-show, the full amount of the stay booked will be invoiced.
If the stay is cut short at the last minute, the full amount of the initial stay will be charged as compensation.

Travel insurance: we recommend that you take out insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
